The Story So Far.. From Passion to Profession!
As an avid collector of all things Jurassic, Rexys Reviews YouTube channel was started up by Andrew in 2020.
As the world around us all got a little crazier than any of us could have ever imagined, having a creative outlet to share knowledge and passion with like minded collectors and new Dino fans was a welcome reprieve, and early feedback across a range of Social Media outlets gave the jolt needed to charge ahead and unleash Rexys Reviews into the wider world.
Rexys in the Wild!
As the world began to open back up and steps towards ‘normality’ were coming into view, Andrew and his family decided to share their love and Jurassic knowledge – along with an ever growing collection of Dino display props, vehicles (and a reasonably accurate first attempt at cosplay!) out into the wild, and with the support of the team at Unleashed Events Rexys Reviews attended their first Comic Convention as Exhibitors and were blown away by the excitement and suggestions from fellow Dino fans that they would love to see more of the collection and couldn’t wait to see what was coming next.
Rexys Goes Retail
With encouragement from fellow collectors facing the same frustrations as Andrew in sourcing reliable outlets to purchase the missing ‘grail’ items and rarer new stock, Andrew took the plunge and began to develop the Rexys Reviews Dino Store to reach a wider range of Jurassic fans both domestically in the UK and across the world
From books, games and toys to vintage collectables and memorabilia. If it’s dinosaur related, we will try and stock it. We have a drive to become the number one source for all Jurassic Collectables, Toys and Licenced merchandise from the Jurassic Park franchise and have built up an international network of suppliers, manufacturers and wholesale outlets to bring together all that fellow Jurassic fans could possibly need, based upon the items that as a collector would be top of Andrew’s own lists!
The Next Chapter
Listening to suggestions from the online Jurassic community about the things that people would love to see, but had been unable to previously find, the event display continues to expand, and the range of products continues to grow and Rexys Reviews is now a regular at Comic Conventions, Toy Fairs and Corporate events across the UK.
We have big plans for 2022, and cannot wait to share the next chapter of the journey with you all.
