Estemmenosuchus means ‘crowned crocodile’ and was a big early omnivorous therapsid. It was first discovered in the 20th century in Russia.

Estemmenosuchus was about 13 feet long and weighed around 500lbs. It had a body just like a cow and resembled what is now a modern-day cow.
