REXYS REVIEWS ARE OPERATING AS NORMAL AND DISPATCHING ORDERS WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY (MON – FRI).
All items will be sent to you via Evri Postal Courier service. A tracking number will be added to your order information once available. We anticipate that deliveries made via the Evri Postal Courier service will reach you within 7 days however should you not have received your item after 14 working days Rexys Reviews will be happy to resend a replacement item where stock is available, or refund the total cost of your purchase including shipping back to the original method of payment.
DELIVERY AREA & DISPATCH
We currently deliver to the UK (including Northern Ireland) only. We do not offer international shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Mon – Fri).
If any unforeseen delays occur, you will be contacted. Delivery timescales apply from the day your order is dispatched and not the day of the order.
UK DELIVERY
Delivery charges as detailed below exclude heavy bulky items and deliveries outside Mainland UK. You will be made aware if your product(s) will incur additional charges before sales are finalised.
DELIVERY COSTS Mainland UK wide delivery
Standard courier tracked (3-4 working days*) costs just £3.99
Delivery lead times are from when your order is dispatched and not when your order is placed. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00PM Monday – Friday the same day, and at the latest within 1 working day. Our working days are Monday – Friday. This means an order placed after 2pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until Monday. *Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man and other remote locations: deliveries times and charges may vary.
RETURNS
If after you receive your item you decide you no longer want it simply return it within 14 days to us at the address below. Return shipping is the liability of the buyer, no refund will be made towards the cost of your return unless the item is damaged/faulty as per our terms below.
The item most be unopened and in its original condition. Items that have been opened or have been damaged in your possession will not receive a full refund.

We recommend using the tracked Collect+ returns service or any tracked delivery service, the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us. Please check the size and weight of your items before sending.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item you have received is faulty or damaged (please see below for definitions of damaged) then please contact us immediately and we will arrange return labels for you to use at your nearest parcel drop off point.
DAMAGED GOODS
All items are sold as new and unopened unless stated. An Item is only classed as damaged if the product inside is damaged and not the packaging itself. Whilst all items are picked and packed straight from the manufacturers cartons, minor damage (scuffs, bending or minor scratches) may occur to the products outer packaging. Products with major visible damage (tears, holes) will be sold as having damaged packaging.
PACKAGING & THE ENVIRONMENT
All toys with the exception of plush & Jurassic World Snap Squads are delivered in boxes with extra protection added where required. We understand the importance of “mint in box” items as collectors ourselves so every effort will be made to ensure your items arrive as we would like to receive them! All cardboard boxes are made from responsible sources and are FSC approved (please visit www.fsc.org for more information). Whenever possible, we strive to re-use boxes that we receive our products in and use them to package up your orders, which helps us to reduce our wastage and protect our planets natural resources. All boxes and filler packaging is recyclable. Please add a note to your order if you require plain packaging for your order.
